Tasting Notes and Characteristics:

Cynar Artichoke 70 Proof Liquor offers a bold, bittersweet experience that stands out in any cocktail or as a sophisticated sipper on its own. With an ABV of 35%, this Italian amaro is crafted from a secret blend of thirteen herbs and plants, with artichoke at its heart. Its deep amber hue and velvety texture make it perfect for after-dinner relaxation or lively gatherings where unique flavors are celebrated.

On the palate, Cynar 70 reveals layers of earthy artichoke, herbal complexity, and subtle caramel sweetness balanced by a lingering bitterness. These flavors pair beautifully with charcuterie boards, enhancing cured meats and sharp cheeses while cutting through their richness. It also complements roasted vegetables by echoing their savory notes and adding depth to each bite, making it an inspired choice for food lovers seeking new taste adventures.
