Tasting Notes and Characteristics:

Famiglia Castellani Chianti Classico Riserva offers a vibrant, medium-bodied experience perfect for intimate dinners or festive gatherings. With an ABV of 13.5%, this Italian red is crafted in the heart of Tuscany using traditional Sangiovese grapes, aged to enhance both structure and elegance. The wine’s careful production highlights the region’s dedication to quality and authenticity.

On the palate, you’ll find layers of ripe cherry, wild berries, and subtle hints of violet balanced by earthy undertones and a touch of spice from oak aging. Its firm tannins and bright acidity make it an excellent companion for roasted lamb or sharp Pecorino cheese, as the wine’s depth complements savory flavors while its freshness cuts through richness beautifully.
